We care about all participants who use this facility. We have taken all necessary precautions too ensure the facility is safe for use during manned and unmanned hours.

In consideration of Enzone Health & Fitness services and/or equipment to enable me to participate in the Fitness Activities, I agree to the following:

Risks (1) I fully understand and acknowledge that;
(a) risks and dangers exist in my use of the Fitness Centre equipment and participation in Enzone Health & Fitness activities;
(b) my participation in such activities and/or use of such equipment may result in injury to the body, blindness, heat stroke, heart attack, death or any other ailments that could cause serious injury or disability;
(c) these risks and dangers may be caused by the negligence of the participants, the negligence of others, accidents, breaches of contact, the forces of nature or other causes, and
(d) by my participation in these activities and/or use of equipment, I hereby assume all risks and dangers and responsibility for any losses/accidents/injuries/damages to myself and/or the facility or equipment provided.

Abuse of membership (2) I fully understand and acknowledge the following measures, to which if abused, will result in my membership at Enzone Health & Fitness being reviewed and potentially terminated;
(e) allowing non-members to gain access to the club via opening entry doors for them
(f) Insufficient payments/expired memberships will inhibit restricted access
(g) negligence towards health and safety measures set in place
(h) CCTV is fully operational 24 hours a day for your safety and security whilst on the premises, during manned and unmanned gym hours. Tampering with such equipment is completely forbidden.
(i) Negligent behaviour/violence towards other members/equipment
(j) Stealing or removing shop products or equipment from the gym floor

Unmanned Implications (3) I fully understand the following guidelines apply when the facilities unmanned;
(k) access to changing rooms/showers will be restricted in the purpose of safety.
(l) access to the drinks fridge or other goods Enzone Health & Fitness provides will be restricted. Access to the drinking water will be as normal
(m) biometric and keyfob entry through the main access door only.
(n) emergency contact number is provided, and are solely to be used in emergency situations, when needing to alert a member of staff and/or emergency services is a priority

I, on behalf of myself’, my personal representatives and my heirs, hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify Enzone Health & Fitness and its owners, agents, officers and employees from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of service or otherwise which may arise out of my use of Enzone Health & Fitness equipment or my participation in Enzone Gym Activities. I specially understand the future of negligent acts or other conduct by the owners, agents, officers or employees of Enzone Health & Fitness.



Membership: a) Termination: Membership may be cancelled after original membership contract length has been completed, and with 30 days notice in advance. A written/email/document (signed and dated) explaining you’re leaving us is acceptable forms of termination.
(b) Your membership allows you to access the club in accordance to the opening times of the facility.
(c) Your membership applies to you; you cannot loan or transfer it to another person, unless permission is granted through the club manager.
(d) If your membership is terminated before the contract length has been completed (by other means that point A), Enzone Health & Fitness has the right to reclaim the remaining fees via debt collection agency, direct debit or other means of payment.
(e) After your membership contract length has expired, your membership will automatically enrol into a month by month contract, which can be cancelled via point A.
(f) You can freeze your membership, for up to 12 months, with permission from the gym accounts team. This request has to be sent to the gym via email for approval. Requests need to be received before the 24th of each month to avoid the next months payment being taken.

Use your own biometric or keyfob entry every time you visit Enzone Fitness and always check in on the QR scanner at reception. As it’s personal to you, please don’t let anyone else use it or gain access via it. We monitor access entry usage by CCTV 24/7 to ensure the safety of our members and misuse may result in us applying additional charges to  your membership fees OR termination.

On joining all members are offered a comprehensive induction to instruct you on the use of the gym equipment. You are strongly advised to undertake this. Enzone Health & Fitness will not accept any liability for any claim for personal injury if you use the gym equipment having not undertaken
an induction from a qualified member of Enzone Gym staff.

Induction bookings although not mandatory can be made via the website, email, reception Or through the Enzone Gym website.

If you are unsure as to how to use any piece of equipment you must seek advice from a qualified member of Enzone gym staff before using such equipment.

Strictly under 16’s are not permitted to use the gym during unmanned hours.

For safety reasons, bags are not permitted onto the gym floor and correct attire must be worn when exercising i.e. suitable comfortable exercise clothing and appropriate footwear. Clothing such as flip-flops/sandals or work wear are not permitted. Any member not wearing suitable attire may be asked to leave the gym.

You may not use the gym whilst under the influence of alcohol, drugs, tranquilizers or any medication or other substance which may affect your ability to exercise safely. Enzone Health & Fitness reserves the right to remove you from the premises if it reasonable believes you are unfit to use the facilities.

As a courtesy to other members, a small gym towel must be carried Or the use of our sanitizing wipes to wipe down equipment after use.

Can you ensure that you put your weights back in their original place when finished, failure to do so may result in your membership being terminated.

Members are solely responsible for their own belongings whilst visiting Enzone Health & Fitness. Enzone Health & Fitness accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property.

You must not behave in an aggressive, abusive, anti-social or threatening manner to any staff or member, any one doing so will have their membership terminated immediately and Enzone Health & Fitness reserves the right to contact the Police if deemed necessary.

Gym licensed personal trainers are not permitted to train members in the Gym unless granted express permission in writing from Enzone Health & Fitness Director. Anyone else undertaking members’ training will be asked to leave the gym immediately.

Members are asked to only use the pigeon holes for the duration of their training session. These will be emptied at night and members items removed to lost property.

Although we will always endeavour to return any articles of lost property to the owner, we do not take responsibility for any item held in lost property. Such items will be kept until claimed, but for no longer than two weeks after which time the items will either be donated to charity or destroyed.

The Changing Rooms and the toilet facilities will be open 24/7.

Members must inform Enzone Health & Fitness of any change of contact and email address or telephone numbers. These changes can be made via email or at reception.

By accessing the gym and using the gym equipment members are deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions of membership.

Should your Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) result in you being required to discuss your intention to exercise with your doctor, please be aware that your subscription remains active and any fees collected are non-refundable.

Smoking, including e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in all areas of the gym. Any member found to be breach of this rule may have their membership terminated.

Members may not bring any pets (other than official aid dogs) into the gym.

The shutter door will be padlocked during unmanned hours. If emergency access is required, the code combination can be retrieved from a keyholder.

Please do not misuse the weights by dropping them on the floor, failure to do so may result in your membership being terminated.

Please do not take photographs/videos on the premises or post remarks to the internet that may identify another member failure to comply may result in your membership being terminated.


DOCTOR APPROVAL: I have represented to Enzone Health & Fitness that I have either a) been given a Doctor’s permission to participate in the Training, or b) voluntarily participate in the Training and all risks related to the Training without the approval of my Doctor(s). I represent that I am not aware of any medical or physical condition that would prevent me from participating in the Training or from using equipment or facilities, which pose a serious health risk to me. I further acknowledge that Trainer has relied on my statements as being accurate and complete, as a condition to entering into this Agreement. I further acknowledge and agree that I am not obligated to participate in any Training that I do not wish to participate in. I will inform Trainer immediately if I do not wish to participate in any specific Training.

MEMBERSHIP DURATION: I understand that my initial membership will last for a total of 6 weeks from my start date of   _________

RESCHEDULING / MISSED SESSIONS: I understand missed sessions do NOT carry over into the next week or phase and that I am responsible for attending all of my sessions. 

NAME AND LIKENESS RELEASE: I understand that Trainer may photograph or video me prior to, during the delivery of, or at the completion of Training and I agree to allow Trainer to use photographs and videos of me, as well as name and likeness for promotional purposes. 

FREE PROGRAM – MEMBERSHIP BASED: I understand that upon successful completion of the program, should I choose to remain a member, my initial payment will be taken off a 12 month membership at the end of my initial 6 weeks by reducing my membership by £25/mo for 12 months

FREE PROGRAM – RESULTS BASED: I understand that by hitting my target of losing 18lbs or 6% body fat and adhering to all terms of successful completion, over the course of my 6 week program, I am eligible for a full refund should I choose this option
